Frequently Asked Questions

Will the NAN2023 conference have any virtual options?
The 2023 Annual Conference will be held in-person. Although we recognize the benefits of hybrid formats, we believe that there is still an important role for this form of meeting in our community. Look for new and ongoing virtual learning opportunities throughout the year if you are not able to attend NAN 2023 in person in Philadelphia, PA!

I want to register and bundle a pre-conference workshop but the discount code isn't working? 
Please make sure you have selected the NAN Conference bundle registration option here.

I want to add the HNS Annual Meeting to my NAN registration
If you are onsite - please visit the registration desk to add the HNS meeting to your NAN registration. If you are looking to only attend HNS you can register here.

If you are already registered for NAN, you can add the HNS conference to your regisration here. 

How can I attend the WIL Networking Lunch? 
You can add the lunch to your registration for a $25 fee online during registration. 
If you are onsite and would like add the WIL networking lunch - please visit the registration desk. 

I am a trainee poster author and I thought I recieved free conference registration? 
Please note that only first authors who are trainee members of NAN receive a complimentary conference registration.

How do I access handouts? 
Please make sure you are always logged in to the attendee eGuide once we get closer the the event in the upper right hand corner with your NAN credentials. Under each session description you will see a "slides" button if the speaker has provided their slides.
*Pre-conference workshop handouts will be emailed direclty to registered attendees*

How do I recieve my CE letter? 
You will recieve an email within 2 weeks after the conclusion of the conference to access/download your CE letter and complete evaluations.
