How to Register
Your registration is complete when payment is received in full.

Once your conference payment has been processed you will immediately receive an email confirmation receipt. If you have not received an electronic receipt two weeks prior to the conference start date, please email office@nanonline.org for a copy.
Once you have registered for the annual conference, you will be provided with the necessary code to book your hotel reservation either online or by phone at the conference rate of $269 plus applicable taxes and fees. The deadline to make a reservation is October 2, 2023 at 5:00 PM ET.
Booking a room in the room block at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown is an important way to support NAN and ultimately keep overall meeting costs and registration prices as low as possible. Staying “within the block” is also more convenient and helps you stay connected with the informal activities and networking opportunities that occur at the headquarters hotel during the conference.
Unforeseen circumstances are used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents NAN from continuing with a conference. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters and site unavailability.
In the event that the NAN conference has to be cancelled, for whatever reason, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided to those who have already paid the fee. In the event that the NAN Conference has to be rescheduled, for whatever reason, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided to those who have already paid the fee but cannot attend the conference at its newly scheduled time. Refunds will be provided within 30 days of cancellation or rescheduling notification.
In the event that an individual who has already registered for the NAN Conference wishes to cancel, for whatever reason, 50% of the registration fee will be provided as long as the individual provides written notification (email is fine) to office@nanonline.org no later than 30 days before the beginning of the conference. A 25% refund of the registration fee will be provided if the individual provides written notification (again, email is fine) to office@nanonline.org between 29 and 15 days in advance of the beginning of the conference. Requests for refunds less than 15 days before the beginning of the conference will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be provided within 30 days of the close of the conference.
NAN does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging. Canceling your registration will not automatically cancel your housing reservation. To cancel your hotel room(s), please contact the Sheraton Denver directly. NAN will not reimburse cancellation or no-show fees charged by the hotel.
If you do not cancel in writing by October 10, 2023, and do not attend, no refund will be granted.
