Dr. Michelle Miranda is a bilingual (English/Spanish) bicultural neuropsychologist at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where she also serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the Department Neurosurgery. As a clinical assistant professor, she has developed the first fully Spanish speaking service in neuropsychology for adults and provides Wada testing for bilingual patients. Her career special interests include cross-cultural neuropsychology, culturally sensitive and equitable practices in healthcare, bilingualism in epilepsy, and Wada evaluations for non-English speakers.
